Covid-19 Policies For Shows At The Mill
Like our neighboring theatre companies, we are implementing measures to protect the health and safety of our patrons, artists, volunteers, and staff. Please note the following regulations below that are required for this event. Thank you!
This is a special outdoor event. All tables and chairs are provided and will be placed at the discretion of the TADA and Mill staff. All seating assignments will be done by our box office staff. This also helps allow for as much social distancing as possible, the best case for contact tracing and allows for plenty of great seats for the event to operate safely and for you to enjoy the production. There is not a bad seat in the house! If you have special needs just let us know when you make your reservations. If you would like to sit together it is best to make reservations all under one name at one point of sale. The maximum number allowed in one party is six.
Prepare to enjoy the show safely. Face coverings are required to be worn at this event until you are seated at your table then may be removed to eat or drink. We ask that if you need to stand or use the restroom that your face covering be placed back on. Anytime a patron goes inside The Mill face coverings are also required. This safety measure will still allow you to see the stage and applaud just fine.
Once you make reservations on our new website, an e-ticket will be sent to your smart phone or email so all you have to do is show it to the box office staff when you arrive for the show, eliminating the need for passing a physical ticket back and forth. All tickets must be purchased in advance. No seats will be sold at the gate.
Patrons temperatures will be taken before entering the performance area. If a patron is running a fever they will not be admitted in. Also you will see hand sanitize stations placed about for your convenience.
You’ll be enjoying the show at a location that has had increased cleaning and disinfecting which meets or exceeds the health department guidance.
For the safety of the artists, no recording devices or photography of any kind are allowed and could result in immediate dismissal from the production.
These steps allow TADA to produce productions that are fundamentally needed for everyone right now in more ways than one. TADA and its Board of Directors strongly believes in the importance of the performing arts and never takes for granted the trust our community has put in us for the past 20 years. It is with that trust that TADA has taken these approved measures so that we can all again connect in person and allow the shows to go on! Thank you!
