BOX OFFICE POLICIES
ALL SALES ARE FINAL: There are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES unless a performance is canceled and not rescheduled. Regardless of age, everyone must have a ticket and sit in a seat. All reservation requests are subject to available seating. Live tickets may not be exchanged for streaming tickets.
BOX OFFICE LOCATION AND HOURS: The box office is located in our lobby at 701 P Street and is available 45 minutes prior to showtime. All tickets are now done on line using the website prior to the show.
SHOWTIMES: All performances begin promptly at curtain time. Allow yourself plenty of time. No late arrivals will be admitted. Your seat is not guaranteed after the show starts.
PARKING: Call Park and Go at (402) 441-PARK (during their office hours of 8am - 5pm M-F) and reserve your V.I.P. space for only $5.00 on the date you will be attending a show at The TADA Theatre and they will have a spot for you in the West Depot Lot only steps from the TADA Theatre!
CELL PHONE OR ELECTRONIC DEVICES: While at the show turn off all cell phones, watch alarms, cell phones and other electronic devices that may disrupt the production.
RECORDING DEVICES: No recording devices are allowed in the theatre at any time. If anyone uses such a device during the production, they will be asked to leave without warning and are subject to fines under copyright law.
FOOD/DRINK: No food or drink permitted unless sold inside the theatre. The TADA Theatre is a smoke-free building.
SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS: The TADA Theatre is fully ADA accessible. We encourage persons with disabilities to enjoy our productions. The elevator entrance is at the west end of the Creamery Building.
GROUPS: Due to TADA's already low ticket prices no additional rate cuts are available for group sales.
